Artificial Intelligence

Eko Eko is a consumer AI assistant from Rezolve Ai, the retail AI company behind the brainpowa LLM. Its founders came to Few with a challenge: design a socially engaging AI chat experience that didn't look like it was built by a bunch of software engineers in a dark room. Most people still treat AI like a search box, and the products haven't done much to change that. Eko Eko was built for everyone else. Ask a question out loud, get an answer that reads like a text from a friend who happens to know the thing.

Concepting

Eko Eko needed buy-in from a lot of stakeholders, so we designed concepts before we designed the app. Three directions, each one different in structure and not just styling. Prompt flow, information density, how images showed up, how commerce showed up. Then a fourth that ignored the constraints of V1 entirely and showed where the product could go in a few years.

The business plan kept moving. Our designs moved with it. Eventually the team locked in a core feature set and a brand with a face, a voice, and a sense of humor.

Feature Design

The plan was never to ship a chatbot. We designed Eko Eko as a place AI shows up inside the things people already do, so the work spanned voice conversation, text chat, shopping, trip planning, a rewards system, and a full visual editor for making and remixing content.

Friction was the enemy at every turn. No model picker. No folders or workspaces. Sign in with Google, Apple, or a magic link and start talking. Past chats organize themselves by topic and the good ones get favorited with one tap.

Turning Chaos into Clarity

Answers in Eko Eko arrive short. Two sentences, maybe three, sized for a phone screen and a person in line at the grocery store. When someone wants the whole thing, Deep Dive opens the full response over the conversation with follow-up prompts, grouped cards for anything structured like a seven-day itinerary with daily costs, and action buttons that move the answer toward something useful.

That split is the whole idea. Short by default, thorough on request, and the user decides which one they're in the mood for.

What We Learned

The world does not need another AI chatbot. It does need one that a normal person wants to open, and that gap felt worth designing into.

Every big model has settled on the same aesthetic. Dark, aloof, technical, optimized for people who already know what they're doing. Eko Eko went the other way, and watching the team commit to that was the best part of the project.

We hope more founders take the risk. We'll keep showing up when they do.
