A tech enabled and disruptive approach to the home services industry.

billyGO partnered with Few to plan, prototype, design and develop their mobile application and marketing materials. Our intention was to the change the way people hire plumbers. We created a platform for people in the Dallas - Forth Worth area to request and receive plumbing services on a mobile device.

Building the Brand

We focused on creating a balance between all the promises required by a home services company, but with the look and feel of a technology startup, layered with the personality of the founder himself. The bold colors speak to speed of service, but the clean design and styling allows for the billyGO brand flexibility in application from web, mobile app to social media.

Customer Application Design & Development

The billyGO customer app is focused on simplicity and allowing a customer to quickly communicate the type of issue they are experiencing, and set their appointment. The customer is then notified when a service tech is on their way, keeping them informed throughout the user journey.

billyGo technicians are able to manage all of their appointments and sales goals through their personal application. Based on tech coverage area, capabilities and availability, the billyGO application will assign new jobs to the tech and guide them through navigating to the appointment, past customer history and payment collection/processing.

Few created a fully responsive and flexible marketing site is key when launching any new product. Optimized not only to educate the customer but guide them to download the application and easily book an appointment.

Go-to-Market

We worked with billyGO to identify personas based around personalized data and customer interest to develop engaging content and distribute it to take the billyGO applications to the masses.
