Work with purpose
We are all about who we hire. The tools that we use are important, but the people behind them are what make us Few. Few is comprised of people who work hard, wish to expand their education and career, and share a sense of responsibility to their community.
We are constantly working to retain the best talent and to add members to our team who share our values and ambitions. We have thoughtfully cultivated a unique culture and working environment here at Few. We take pride in our relaxed office space where our employees can be themselves. We offer flexible schedules that work with the realities of our employees’ lives.
Each year we embark on a retreat where we refresh and connect in new ways, and we host and attend a kick-ass conference where we engage with the larger tech and design community.
Few is seeking a Technical Project Manager who will manage and track all client design and development projects, working with our accounts team and clients to develop and manage scope documentation, detailed development plans, and weekly/monthly sprints, while tracking project budgets. A strong Technical Project Manager bridges the world of business, technology, and personnel management, and plays an important role in delivering client initiatives and keeping all parties on the same page regarding deliverables and timeline. If you can write a mean scope document, gracefully guide technical projects, and you have experience leading and collaborating across teams, you may be just the person we’re looking for. Ideally, candidates for this position will have product development and software strategy experience.
At Few, we encourage a culture of openness and learning. We look for highly reliable and driven individuals who exhibit a passion for the work they create to join our team. We need badass developers without the ego. Having the ability to interact with clients and understand the needs of the business is a huge plus.
